近日，2026香港美食商贸博览暨香港国际茶展，在湾仔博览道1号的香港会议展览中心举行，独具高山韵味的“黔茶军团”惊艳香江，赢得一波又一波世界各地茶人的赞叹。

Recently, the 2026 Hong Kong Food Expo & Hong Kong International Tea Fair took place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai. The "Guizhou Tea Delegation," with its distinctive high-mountain character, made a stunning debut in Hong Kong, earning wave after wave of praise from tea enthusiasts across the globe.

一众不同肤色的各地茶人，围着贵阳“春秋茶”的展台，正在津津有味地听非物质文化遗产“牟氏茶制作技艺”第三代核心传承人牟小玲讲解贵州茶。“贵州是世界茶树原产地的核心区之一，高海拔、低纬度、多云雾、寡日照，全域产好茶，并且独具高山韵味。”

Tea lovers of all backgrounds gathered around the booth of Guiyang-based "Chunqiu Tea," listening intently as Mou Xiaoling, third-generation core inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage "Mou's Tea-Making Technique," introduced Guizhou tea. "Guizhou is one of the core regions of origin of the world's tea plants. With high altitude, low latitude, abundant mist and limited sunlight, the entire province produces premium tea with a unique high-mountain charm."

一杯春秋雀舌报春，一杯春秋红宝石红茶，一杯金黄透亮的刺梨红茶，红绿辉映迎宾客，茶香阵阵韵不同。大家一边用品茗杯品茶，一边询问展台上琳琅满目的茶品，对贵州茶产生了浓厚的兴趣。

A cup of Chunqiu Queshe Baochun green tea, a cup of Chunqiu Ruby Black Tea, and a cup of golden, crystal-clear Guizhou Rosa roxburghii Black Tea. These green and black teas, served side by side, welcomed guests with distinct aromas and flavors. Visitors sipped from tasting cups while inquiring about the dazzling array of products on display, all showing keen interest in Guizhou tea.

而在贵州天品茶业、铜仁茗饮茶业、铜仁贵茶茶业、都匀市匀清塘茶业等展台前，同样是人头攒动，前来洽谈的、询价的、购买的络绎不绝。

Booths of Guizhou Tianpin Tea Industry, Tongren Mingyin Tea Industry, Tongren Guicha Tea Industry, and Duyun Yunqingtang Tea Industry were equally bustling, with a steady stream of visitors coming to negotiate, inquire about prices, and make purchases.

“贵州时尚的茶最吸睛，刺梨红茶和抹茶成了展会上亮眼的新宠。”贵阳春秋茶文化传播中心巴黎办事处主任、法中茶文化交流协会会长邱悦，专程从法国赶往香港参加展会，这位贵州湄潭土生土长的茶四代，长期致力于黔茶文化的国际传播，一边用宋式点茶法调制着抹茶，一边一会儿用英语一会儿用法语向外国茶人隆重推介贵州茶。

"Guizhou's fashionable teas are the biggest eye-catchers: Guizhou Rosa roxburghii Black Tea and matcha have become the breakout stars of the fair," said Qiu Yue, Director of the Paris Office of Guiyang Chunqiu Tea Culture Communication Center and President of the France-China Tea Culture Exchange Association, who made a special trip from France to Hong Kong to attend the fair. A fourth-generation tea practitioner born and raised in Meitan, Guizhou, Qiu has long been dedicated to the international promotion of Guizhou tea culture. While whisking matcha in the Song-dynasty style, she alternated between English and French to introduce Guizhou tea to foreign visitors.

“几个新加坡茶商对‘春秋白茶’非常感兴趣，几个印度客商对‘春秋红茶’很感兴趣，表达了强烈的合作意愿。”据牟小玲介绍，在展会上各地客商对贵州茶的反应非常热烈，香港多家大型商超的采购专员也来洽谈合作，“贵品出海，全球共享，走出去就有希望。”

"Several Singaporean tea merchants showed strong interest in 'Chunqiu White Tea,' and a number of Indian buyers were drawn to 'Chunqiu Black Tea,' expressing keen interest in cooperation," according to Mou Xiaoling. She noted that response from buyers at the fair was overwhelmingly positive, and purchasing managers from several major Hong Kong supermarket chains also came to discuss partnerships. "When Guizhou products go global, the world shares in them: stepping out is where hope begins."

据了解，2026香港美食商贸博览暨香港国际茶展，由香港贸易发展局主办、中国茶文化国际交流协会协办，是香港唯一以茶为主题的展览会，来自超过30个国家及地区的1850多家参展商参展，在国际上有着广泛的影响力。

It is understood that the 2026 Hong Kong Food Expo & Hong Kong International Tea Fair, organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and co-organized by the China Tea Culture International Exchange Association, is Hong Kong's only tea-themed exhibition. It features over 1,850 exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions and enjoys extensive international influence.

本次由贵州省商务厅组织的贵州展团，不仅有茶企，还有农特企业，共30家，特色产品涵盖了茶叶、刺梨、辣椒、酸汤等特色食品和大健康产品200余款。据了解，2025年贵州茶产业全产业链综合产值已经突破1000亿元，红茶产量与出口均价双双位居全国第一，贵州刺梨种植面积152万亩，综合产值达100亿元，也稳居全国第一。

The Guizhou delegation, organized by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Commerce, comprised 30 companies spanning both tea enterprises and agricultural specialty businesses. Their featured products covered over 200 items, including tea, Rosa roxburghii, chili, sour soup, and other specialty foods and wellness products. In 2025, the comprehensive output value of Guizhou's tea industry across the entire industrial chain exceeded 100 billion yuan (approximately USD 13.8 billion), with both black tea output and average export price ranking first in China. Guizhou's Rosa roxburghii planting area reached 1.52 million mu (about 101,300 hectares), with a comprehensive output value of 10 billion yuan, also ranking first nationwide.
